Standard Shipping - EMS Delivery times are between 5-10 days to all major destinations.
DHL Shipping - This is the fastest available if you're willing to pay extra fees. Delivery times are between 3-5 days to all major destinations.
The exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (EMS, DHL) standard.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a notification to the email address you provided to us. You can track the state of your order online using the tracking number in the Email. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us directly via e-mail at service@uggisboots.com.au

Orders May Be Delayed for the Following Reasons

• Orders received after 2:00 PM GMT will be processed the following business day.
• "Bill To" and "Ship to" addresses are not the same.
• Order is pending a credit approval and fraud verification.
• An order is shipped to a special location.

Something You Need to Acknowledge

1. All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any.
2. Orders with multiple items will be shipped as one shipment once completed.
3. Currently all deliveries must be made to a physical business or home address and an adult’s signature is required.
4. You can’t change your shipping address after you placed an order. So please make sure you submit the correct shipping address while you making the order.
